Lunch

  • Traditional Greek Salad - black olives, vine ripened tomatoes, feta cheese, and crisp green peppers in a traditional Greek dressing
  • Mexican Taco Salad - black beans, sweet yellow corn, sharp cheddar & spiced chicken w/chipotle sauce served on a bed of Romaine lettuce
  • Grilled Salmon w/Watermelon Salsa
  • Cobb Salad – roast chicken, black olives, pine nuts, chunks of avocado and Bleu cheese served on a bed of mixed greens
  • Mexican Quesadillas – Monterey Jack cheese, green chilies and chicken between flour tortillas cooked on the grill - served w/plenty of guacamole and salsa!
  • Tuna Melt Smothered w/Gruyere Cheese served on toasted baguette
  • Crunchy Green Apple & Chicken Salad served in a warm pita
  • Personal Pizza’s – chicken & feta, traditional Hawaiian, pesto and goat cheese, etc.
